What We Can Do

Offer free legal advice to ethnic minorities through our pro bono legal clinics in our areas of expertise (family, immigration, and human rights law)
Who We Can Help
-
Those who can’t afford legal representation.

Those who do not qualify for legal aid, but have genuine legal need.

Those who have a legal issue that falls within one of IIR’s areas of support.

Requiring early legal guidance, signposting, or assistance understanding legal options.

Are willing to provide sufficient information and documentation for an initial assessment.

Do not currently have legal representation for the matter.
Who We May Not Be Able To Help

Those requiring immediate legal representation.

Those who provide insufficient information.

Those who are outside of our listed areas of expertise.

Those unwilling to cooperate OR provide requested documentation.

Those who qualify for legal aid OR have legal expenses insurance
Each application will undergo an assessment; however, meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee assistance, and support will remain subject to capacity and available resources.
